The Power of Frequency

By Logan

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” -Nikola Tesla

Quantum mechanics posits that everything in the universe is fundamentally a vibration or wave, with all matter, energy, and consciousness operating at unique frequencies. This concept implies that varying vibrations can influence our thoughts, shape our consciousness, and even facilitate physical healing.

Approximately 60% of the adult male body and 55% of the female body consists of water. Dr. Masaru Emoto's experiments demonstrated that water exposed to different intentions and frequencies formed intricate geometric patterns when frozen. Similarly, cymatics—the study of visible sound and vibration patterns—shows that sand arranged on a steel plate forms distinct patterns when exposed to various frequencies. Dr. Hans Jenny’s research in cymatics further supports the idea that frequencies can impact genes, cells, and other bodily structures.

If these frequencies can affect physical matter, it follows that they could also influence the human body. One example of sound influencing the human body is the documented case of sound being used as a weapon in Cuba, illustrating the profound impact vibrations can have on human physiology.

Healing and 528Hz frequency

Data suggest that the 528 Frequency can induce healing and reduce anxiety.

“Frequency of 528 Hz also reduces total concentration of reactive oxidative species in brain tissue. Prolonged exposure to this sound wave showed reduction of anxiety related behaviors in rats. The results reveal that reduced anxiety is related to increased concentration of testosterone in brain. This study may lead to ascertain a possible therapy in which sounds may be utilized to reduce anxiety in individual.”[1]

Another study conducted by Dr. Glen Rein, Ph.D, using the Solfeggio frequencies (528 Hz) found, “Audible sound waves at 528 Hz were played from a diversity of music genres and were found to create resonance in DNA with healing effects.”[2]

In a 2017 study, Binaural Beat Technology was shown to the reduce cardiovascular stress response in military service members with post deployment stress. [3] This in combination with other therapy's show great promise for treating PTSD for members of our military and others effected by trauma.
